We recently completed a large exterior maintenance package in The Isles of Lakewood Ranch for a first-time customer. BIC Cleaning And Coatings handled the full scope of work on this Lakewood Ranch, FL property, coordinating softwashing, paver restoration, marble tile adjustments, and exterior window cleaning to deliver a complete exterior refresh.

To start, our team used softwash on the house and the pool cage. Softwashing is a low-pressure cleaning method that safely removes surface dirt and buildup from siding and screened enclosures. We covered the home’s exterior surfaces thoroughly so the whole structure and the pool enclosure were cleaned consistently before moving on to the hardscape work.

Next we addressed the pavers. We cleaned the paver areas, then sanded the joints to reset and stabilize the paving pattern. After preparing the surface, we applied a wet look sealer to the pavers. The wet look sealer enhances the color and gives the pavers a richer, more pronounced appearance, which helps the outdoor living areas stand out and appear refreshed.

On the pool deck we raised several marble tiles. Those tiles were lifted and reset so the deck was even and safe to walk on. Once the marble tiles were addressed, we cleaned the natural stone and sealed it using Cobble Lock NS a product suited for natural stone applications. Sealing the marble helps preserve its look and makes it easier to clean moving forward.

After the exterior surfaces and hardscape were completed, we finished the job with exterior window cleaning. Cleaning the windows last ensures a streak-free result and gives the home that final sparkle, tying together the work done on the siding, pool enclosure, pavers, and stone.

Throughout the project our crew followed the planned sequence so each step complemented the next. Softwashing first prevented transferring grime onto sealed pavers or freshly cleaned windows. Paver sanding and sealing followed surface cleaning to lock in the restored appearance, and the marble tiles were adjusted before sealing to make sure the pool deck was level and consistent.
