We presoaked the pavers with mildewcide to kill the mold and mildew and break down the dirt then we pressure washed with a large surface cleaner for professional results. Upon request we raised 2 large areas of pavers that sunk and tamped paver base into to area before resetting them level.
After all repairs we swept sand into the paver joints and compacted the sand tightly with water to creat a structural stability. After the pavers dried we swept and sealed then with SealThane Urethane Eet Look sealer to enhance the color, lock down the sand with hardening component of Urethane, and protect the pavers for 3-5 years.
Paver projects tend to need annual soft wash or restoration of the sand every 2-3 years due the mold created by Florida wet and humid conditions.
