This project was a follow-up service for a previous customer in the Heron Landing Community of Sarasota, FL. The customer called for routine paver sealing maintenance and also requested a housewash and pool cage cleaning. While on site we found an additional issue that needed attention near the pool skimmer.

We performed the scheduled paver sealing maintenance as requested. The customer has used our maintenance services before, so this visit focused on preserving that work and making sure everything remained in good condition. We completed the maintenance tasks the customer expected and checked the sealing for any signs that would require further repairs.

Next we completed a full housewash and cleaned the pool cage. The housewash refreshed exterior surfaces and removed accumulated dirt and mildew. The pool cage was cleaned thoroughly, restoring visibility and improving the overall appearance around the pool area. The customer was very happy with how clean the house and cage looked after the service.

While working by the pool we addressed a larger problem, a sunken paver area next to the pool skimmer. We raised the large paver section that had settled and made sure it was level and stable. Fixing that area reduced the trip hazard and restored the proper slope around the skimmer where standing water can collect.

After raising the pavers we cleaned the area to remove any debris and residues from the repair. We then wet sanded the paver surface to prepare it for a protective coating and to achieve a smooth, even finish. Finally we applied a maintenance coat and sealed the pavers with a wet look product referred to as "SealThane ." The maintenance coat sat on top of the previous coatings as the customer wanted, and the final finish looked amazing.

The customer was very pleased with the overall result. They commented specifically on how well the maintenance coat sat on the existing coatings and on the improved appearance of the paver area. They were also happy with the housewash and pool cage cleaning results.
