Complete Exterior Maintenance Package in Sarasota, FL
This is a repeat customer of mine. previously, we did a small project of washing the concrete. this time around, we met for a consultation on providing a soft wash for the barrel tile roof and house. after she experienced the level of professionalism with her company, she'd requested to paint her exterior. i walked her through a color consultation. after coming to a conclusion of a beautiful color of sage, she decided to move forward after we met her budgetary desires. I provided all documents necessary for the HOA to consider the color change on the house. Upon their approval, we moved forward on the project immediately.
She was very excited and enthusiastic for a change of color and added protection of the masonry. after covering the windows with plastic and caulking, the cracks, we applied Loxon masonry conditioner from Sherwin Williams to seal the masonry and provide a surface that the paint would adhere to. Since the original paint was oxidized, this was crucial for the performance of the final coat. if we would have just applied the paint to oxidized surface, it would just flake and fail. We chose Latitude Satin as the paint of choice like we do many times. It has a quality of being very flexible with application temperature and is moisture ready in 30 minutes. Latitude provides a high end durability with a protective, beautiful luster.
After she was very satisfied with the house results she was also ready for cleaning the rear pool cage and sealing the pool deck pavers. We cleaned the items and placed sand between the joints to provide stability. After drying we applied 2 coats of SealThane Wet Look paver sealer to enhance the color tones in the pavers and provide stability as the Urethane in the sealer hardens the sand as well as providing a mildew inhibitor to slow down the growth. We wrapped up the project with our window cleaning service.
